My complaint is that I ordered South Beach Brite risk free trial sample teeth whitener for total cost including shipping of $3.90. At the time of the online order, I was called by Natural Source Store to confirm the order and to request that I subscribe to other special deals (e.G. Wal-Mart discount card, etc). I told the caller "do not send any deals to which I need to unsubscribe at a later date." Also, I told that everything it was looking quite suspicious; so, that I was not interested anymore on that order. Their Verification Dept. Began to harass me with numerous phone-calls and to send me emails.
No matter what, they decided to mail me this product, and charging on my credit card the above amount. Then, for my surprise i was charged twice on December 25th the amount $79.95, and on Dec 28th twice again the amount of $1.00 for a total of $159.90; besides the initial ones of $3.90.
When I contacted them on December 28th to the phone number (954) 237-2690 provided on my credit card statement via online, two of their representatives supposed named as Burnie & Rashonda in a very unprofessional manners insisted that they couldnt do anything.
Please be aware on these type of fraudulent charges. The technique of this company is tha supposedly I "agreed" to certain TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP, when I DID NOT SIGN ANY OF SUCH MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT WITH THEM!!!
