I have had the same experience as other posters. Placed an order and after inquiring several weeks later was told the item was on backorder. The website made no mention they were taking money for items they did not have. I called " Mary " in India to request a refund and was told it would take ten days. Two months later nothing. This company is a scam. There are many legitimate companies on the web, this is not one of them.
