Mann ENT Clinic Unqualified 'surgeon' HIPAA violations, fraudulant insurance billing, performs procedures he is not trained on

"Dr" Mann is a fraud, performs procedures he does not know how o perform, Violates HIPAA regulations. Do not use his services, you will be left in the wind with no assistance from Mann ENT Clinic. Once he is paid, his patients can screw off.

Does not appreciate being on Rip off report and has tried to have other complaints removed.
