I paid for "a free sample" of tooth whitening product only the postage was chargeable. I received the sample pack and neither expected nor received any furhter goods. The next month i discovered 3 debits on my credit card account totalling $200.06. On contacting my credit card company i was advised that this company is well known and many people have entered into subscriptioins of which they are unaware (as was i). The company will continue to deduct payment until the company acknowledges that the customer has cancelled the subscription. The subscription agreement is disguised within the online form the customer completes to obtain the "free sample".
It is a complete rip off and tantamount to fraud. Any other credit agreement would be subject to a cooling off period which helps prevent inadvertent subscription arrangements.
Have nothiing to do with this company or its associated businesses.
