My experience is the same as William, from Ohio. I too was filling out "free" or "sample" products for an IPOD when I got looped into this nightmare. The "come on" was a free sample that if upon receipt is not cancelled within 14 days will automatically be turned into an "autoship" subscription (the sample price is $5.95 and the monthly subscription is $34.99. The form leads the unsuspecting consumer to believe that the ongoing subscription price is $5.95.
When I called "customer service" they were so incredibly arrogant and rude. I actually spoke to 2 different "customer service" reps and BOTH were equally as smug and obnoxious. Clearly, it is an attitude that pervades the entire customer service department, and could only be the culture of Urban Nutrition.
I have now paid $140 for a 4 month supply of dog chews when I thought I was getting 4 months worth for $23.00. Had the offer not been so clearly deceptive I would not have signed up in the first place.
