I sent for a FREE sample - 1.99$ postage. Unknown to me I had signed up for this product to be sent to me every 30 days at a cost of 84.71$ - deducted on 14 Nov. It was certainly NOT made clear on the website I used that to request a free sample meant agreeing to a subscription. I have sent an email message cancelling this subscription and asking for a refund - as nothing has arrived and I don't want it anyway. Also, my credit card company will pursue the matter for me. How very nasty and upsetting this has been.
