Lady of America refuses to accept the end of my contract agreement. They call and harrass me at work and at home for monies I do not owe them. Each time I talk to one of them, the scenario changes as to how and what I need to do to end the contract. They are the rudest, crudest employees I have ever dealt with anywhere in my 55 years.
Lady of America's refusal to acknowledge the end of the contract has ended with a balance that I do not owe being sent to their collection agency where one of their employees actually shouted at me on the phone, and then hung up on me after a threat of legal action. They can not or will not answer simple questions regarding payments or accepting that I have completed the end of the contract. The employees are trained to harass, be hostile and deceptive.
Lady of America wants to debit your checking account or credit card; I caught on their methods and closed my credit card account and refuse to give them another way to cheat me.
Do NOT under any circumstances sign anything with this company. They use strong-arm tactics to try to exhort monies rather than rely on a good product or service for business income.
