First off i ordered the free trial subscription from for the shipping fee of $1.95. I specifically told the gentleman I spoke with I do not want the extra charges and asked him to cancel the account this was on November 12. I then checked my bank account on December 4 and they had taken $87.62 out of my account. I found the number for customer service, which if anyone is wondering is 1-800-659-3588. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they say that they have a record of me calling, but no record of me cancelling in November. ALso when i asked for a number to the corporate office they have no phone number just a fax number. If this isn't absolutely ridiculous I don't know what is. Respectable companies have phone numbers to call they however do not. Scam scam scam.
