My daughter accepted the free trial offer and paid the 3.00 for shipping and handling. After discussing with me I advised her that I believed this was a scam and asked her to call and cancel. She did. After a few weeks, they debited her checking account by $90. We called the number provided and it was disconnected. We went to the bank and filed a fraud report. On the bank statement the charge provided a phone number. We called that number several times and were hung up on. I finally was able to speak to someone today 10/16 and was advised by a woman named Yan that all they could do was cancel the subscription but could not refund the money.
