I ordered Colnx in good faith after carefully reading their advertisement which stated a Risk-Free trial offer. The product did not work as advertised and I called to cancel any further shippings of Colnx. After my card was charged an outrageous amount, I called the company again in an effort to straighten out the financial mess. The advertisement did not mention that my account would be charged $89.89 each month thereafter whether I cancelled my inadvertant membership or not. I called the customer service number and recieved explicit instructions as to the proper way to return the unopened, unused, unwanted merchandise. I carefully and clearly printed the MRA number that they assigned me on the outside of the unopened shipping package and took it to the local post office where it was shipped back to them asap. I have made several more calls, written emails, contacted their local Chamber of Commerce, and other apparently insignificant officials in the city where they are located and no one will return my message or intervene on mybehalf. I notice that the advertisement titles the product as Col-nx, but the bottle states it as Colnx, and finally the charges made to my card show it as Colenx. I was forced to cancel my credit card because this is obviously a scam and I can't afford to be robbed regularly for a product that does not do what it promises by a company that does not do as it promises. I have been doing research on other companies like this one (colon cleansers and acai berry detox supplements), who make a risk-free trial promise and then proceed to rip you off for everything they can before forcing you to close and account or cancel a credit card. It seems that they all work the same way. Please do your self a favor and research the companies and read the complaints filed before ordering and getting ripped off.
