Hidden membersip with trial of Dazzle Smile? $24.13 chrgd a month after cancellation?

I ordered a trial of DazzleSmile, cancelled 3 days later, returned product 4 days later. A month later I saw a bebit from my checking. I called it was a hidden membership to WORLD CLUB FITNESS? It is not provided with trial offer!!! Never, accept a free offer for anything, it is not free and could cost you hundreds. this is the same company as the acaii berry also, they are professional scammers.
