The company "Premier Whitening" offered a sample for. 99, what you did not know was you were accepting $99.00 membership fee and a $60.00 monthly renewal. A few days after signing up for what I thought was a. 99 trial I received a phone call from them wanting me to sign up for the $60.00 a month maintenance program. I was very blunt with him telling him that I was not interested and that they had better not charge my debit card for anything. Well needless to say they went ahead and charged my card. When you try to call them all you get is a recording and their e-mail address is phony. This is definitely a scam in the first degree.
