I signed up for a free trial. I decided not to continue. I requested and received return instructions. I returned the product and received a return email confirming that they received it and I would be receiving a refund within 2 weeks.
I have not received the refund and continually get the run around.
In addition I was charged for a World Club membership that I did not sign up for and cannot get a refund for that either.
