Double billed me. Sent shipment 1 month after being cancelled. Lied about shipping date, 3 reps would not let me speak to a supervisor & hung up on me

I ordered the acaiforce max on 11/1. I canceled it on 11/5 after receiving a different item. I wanted to be sure that I received my acaiforce max in time to send it back. They stated 5 to 7 days. Once again I called & they stated that my account was cancelled & the acaiforce max shipment did not go out for delivery & to send back the ultraclense. I sent back the item per their instructions. I called back to make sure all was terminated. They assured me that there would not be any further shipments.
I checked my credit card statement & I found out that they double billed me along with multiple shipping charges. I called back again. Nothing was resloved so I called my credit card company & disputed the charges.
It is now 12/1 & to my astonishment a shipment of acaiforce max showed up in my mailbox. I immediately called customer service. They stated that this was the trial order that I placed. I instructed them that the order was cancelled almost a month ago & i was suppose to receive this shipment in 5 to 7 days as stated on thier website. The rep stated that the order was shipped out within the time limit & that the USPS delayed the shipment & it was not thier fault. I checked with UPS & the USPS & was informed that the shipment went out on the 25th. 24 days after the order was placed. The rep flat out lied. He stated that I was to be billed almost $90 & there was nothing I could do because the trial period was over. I had enough & asked repeatedly for a supervisor & he stated no each time & then hung up on me.
I called back & went through the same thing with another rep. Once again I asked for a supervisor & he also said no & hung up on me. I called back again & immediately asked for a supervisor & the rep said that she would not escalate the call. She also hung up on me.
I have never been treated like this in my life. How can this company be allowed to do this to consumers & get away with it?
