My partner and I were excited to be distributors for LuxSauna 3 months ago. The prices were good and we were called frequently by their sales rep. But once we had paid for our 3rd sauna we realised lots of things were actually very wrong. Firstly they overcharged us ($200 more) than the agreed price on one of the sauna units (they have claimed we have been refunded this amount, yet this refund is still pending 1 month later after 4 unanswered e-mails and 3 unanswered phone calls) "if" we do get through to them (Ryan and Garret) it seems they are always busy and 'going to look into it' They seem to always make us feel we are inconveniencing them by asking... Anything! They are impatient, rude and surly and it is my honest opinion that this is the rudest and most appaling customer service I have ever encountered in my life. It is almost like they are doing you a big favor by you spending $ of dollars on their saunas! Unfortunately we have a sauna in-transit to us now, but have cancelled the other (with was supposed to be shipped with the first order - infact 'they gave us their word' that they would be shipped together: (we ship from Miami to Guatemala where we run our health business) so it was crucial that the two units ship together so we could avail of paying better shipping costs.
Of course they just shipped them out whenever and never informed us that the other one would be sent out almost 5 weeks later. Our customer for this particular order has since cancelled. They were never able to call or e-mail us the details of the 2nd sauna even though we tried on so many occasions to find out its whereabouts and intended ship-out date. Neither did they call or e-mail us the details of the overcharge on my credit card. We were also promised a gift of a 'Therapad'- a heated chair unit, that (they claimed has been shipped!) but this has yet to arrive at our address, 3 weeks later. I am just appalled, disappointed - a lot of energy and time has been wasted on this terrible company. A lot of money too. If I could affored to send back the 2 that are already here I would. I feel the people/businesses that are endorsing this company and product on-line (Hippocrates health center, FL) Tree of Life etc need to be informed of this company and its awful reputation. There are much better companies out there. They cost more, but as the gentleman before quoted ' you get what you pay for' I did a quick Google search for this company in the beginning, but after the first page I didn't see anything abnormal. If only I had had the patience to search to the 2nd page.
Do not purchase from this company - it is not worth your time, energy or money
