Spa Lady
Irresponsible company does not take responsibility for their employees

I am a college student and my friend and I signed a contract with spa lady a year ago.
The representative of Spa Lady told us all the perks about the gym and we liked what we heard.
I wanted to cancel today and resign from my membership from spa lady however they did not tell me these two things:
I need to have medical reasons, or move to a different place.
I was not told this by the representative at all, I called their head office and I was rudely spoken to by a man who would not let me speak out properly.
He was rude and unproffessional, it is the worst service I have ever encountered. He says that there was nothing I can do at all unless if I have a medical reason. He was unwilling to help me with my problem.
I told them, what if I block their services and he says they will use all the information i have given them and use it and dispatch a collection agent or something along those lines.
I feel like I'm being abused and I feel like my rights are taken away from me.
Spa Lady should be responsible for their employees mistake, and their services don't even allow any leniency, especially since I am willing to pay the 150 cancellation fee!
I am a student and I do not have enough money every month to pay for spa lady and the guy even says even if I do not have the money to pay I am still responsible.
My friend and I were pressured to take the contract. Since we are young we do not know very much about these kinds of things.
Simply, Spa Lady's customer service is simply the worse, I feel like my freedom as an individual is taken from me.
This situation is frustrating and I do not know what to do.
Listen to my experience and don't sign anything right away! If they pressure you, just tell them you would have to think about it, if not, you will never come back there again!
That was simply the worst thing I have ever signed and I still have one year to go!
People out there becareful what you sign and don't believe just whatever they tell you. Read and believe with your own eyes!
