I bought a luxsauns 4 years ago. Today i have an issue with my suana so i called them to find out they went bankruped and there are new owneres still have the name luxsauna though. I spoke to a service tech who was really really rude and he said there is nothing i can do. Great this was suppose to have a life time warranty. So i called and spoke to someone else who was polite and he said he will try to see what he can do. So my finger are crossed that he will help me. I paid $1700 for this sauna and i don't want to have to buy a new one
