West Coast Sauna Far Infrared Sauna Scam, VERY MISLEADING, Poor Quality

I bought a Home Depot Sauna, got scammed so i buy a West Coast Sauna and got scammed too. West Coast Sauna is just more slick about it. If you do a search online they have multiple websites, free buyers guides that make their product look better and even rip off reports from themselves disguised as a customer recommending their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I also had my friend who live in CA see if there location listed online was even an office: 2371 La Mirada Dr. Vista, CA - it's a real location but there office is less than 1000sqft. Where do they ship their products from? Sounds like a small mom and pop shop - what if they go out of business?

After my Home Depot experience I decided to buy from West Coast Saunas as they looked great but much more costly. I even spoke with the owner Eddie Brown and I supposedly was given a great deal. NOT! The Infrared Sauna was as bad as the Home Depot sauna and I paid twice as much. Not to mention all the deceitful sales practice and misleading information about their company online. What Liars!

The Heaters barley heat my body, it takes 40 minutes to reach 135 degrees and the support sucks, and the overall quality is a SCAM. I had this sauna for 3 weeks and the wood already started to crack. This is what it says on their website:

1. West Coast Saunas provides a lifetime warranty on wood components against defective material and/or workmanship of cabinetry. Since the wood used in our infrared saunas has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood within a sauna environment. This may result in minor cracks, which is considered normal.

Minor Cracks! The whole left wall in my sauna was cracked... And the service department wanted to tell me this was normal. Yeah RIGHT!

Then I wanted to return it and this is what I was told, I had to pay shipping both ways: $398.00 then a $395.00 restocking FEE. Total: $793 to RETURN their junk.

So I paid $2000 for the sauna and they wanted almost 50% of the selling price to return it. SCAM!

I have now bought from a third company and it seems they are much better. No cracks, good support, ect...

Buyer Beware!
