I searched for an infrared sauna for weeks and decided on this one from Home Depot. Just goes to show you that you get what you pay for. I should have bought from a company that sells far infrared saunas as their specialty. What junk!
I bought the sauna, and it took 3 weeks for delivery. When I received it, the walls were paper thin, you can't even feel the heaters when they are on, and Home Depot's support is terrible. I called customer support and they didn't even know they carried infrared saunas. What a joke! To sum it up, you are buying junk!
When I tried to return it, they tried to charge me all these fees (almost 30% of the sauna cost) and on top of that completely wasted my Saturday. I will never buy from them.
I looked at Sears and Costco and even Sam's, and they all seem to offer the same junk. Do yourself a favor and don't buy an infrared sauna from these guys. Why is it they can sell junk and not even care? I bet they found a manufacturer in China to make these for $200-300.
All I can say is buyer beware, and don't waste your time like I did. Buy from a company that only sells saunas. I finally did and couldn't be happier. I don't want to advertise this company, but they carry the Dual Force saunas.
Home Depot can rot! I'm still disputing the charge with my Amex.
