Bought a colon cleansing product and returned it using their UPS label. They charged my account anyway and I called their customer service which is located in the Philippines!
The rep told me that they hadn't received it yet, it was still in transit so they could not credit my account. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was in a 'meeting'. She said her supervisor would call me back in 24 hours but she never did. Big surprise there!
This company is ripping people off and stealing our money. They need to be stopped! Don't buy ANYTHING from this company.
Had to cancel my debit card to my bank account. Rule of thumb - Don't use your debit card to make internet purchases. Only use actual credit cards so that you can dispute charges even if it is only to buy a 99 cent item. Never give them access to your bank account!!!
