Cancelled subscription and two days later they charged account $79 a second time which caused a $35 bank charge. They credited the original $79 fee but refused to refund the bank fee even tho' they admit that the charge was THEIR ERROR. They will not refund the bank fees because "the computer system doesn't allow for that". They said "You can stay on the phone and complain all you want but we will not pay the $35 fee charged by your bank, thats your problem." When reminded that the fee was do to their error they said "Regardless, we're not paying that, the computer doesn't allow for us to do that."
