Basically this is a warning to everyone who comes across ANY of these companies for a free trial of their products. They were on some Facebook games to get bonus points, just sign up for the "FREE TRIAL" of these items, pay the small shipping charge, cancel the product and you will not be charged. This is 100% SCAM and BS LIE. The 3 products were "Green Tea Purity", "Acai Pure" and "Guarana Pure." Now I know how these things work and I called to cancel very shortly after ordering. Problem was, I never got any email confirmations and the phone number kept disconnecting me. 7 days later I get an email confirmation from ALL THREE of these at the same time, and all from GMAIL accounts with the same text, but different names. I finally was able to call someone and get through, spoke to a guy from India named "Bob" (HAH good one, eh?) He said all 3 will be cancelled and emails will come soon.

Well I got some emails back, basically the same form emails about my order. I wrote back to all of them asking to cancel and return the items. They all wrote back again at the same time saying I cannot cancel until I get the product, which now was 10 days since I ordered and I had nothing. I wrote back the next day saying I GOT THE ITEMS and want to return them. Again they write back saying I have 15 days to test them and most people like them... Blah blah blah. I again write back just saying I WANT TO RETURN THIS. They said they will ask their manager if they can give me a $20 discount instead of the hassle of sending them back. WHAT THE HELL??? Nice trick here again to string me along and waste time. FINALLY I get an email saying to send them back to CHINA. No return auth # or anything, just an address in China. Really? China? A day later they email me saying why was my credit card denied when they tried to charge me $79.95 for the item. I said it was returned and cancelled and asked why the hell they are trying to rip me off and charge me for this. All 3 sent emails saying the same thing about their charge was denied. Well, no shocker since the card I used is no longer valid and I knew this would happen... Nice try though.

Basically this is a warning to all. There is NO WAY to get the 15 day trial without getting billed. They don't send the damn item for 10 days, then ask you to send it back to China 5 days later, so it is now 15 days and they bill you with no way to cancel or block this from happening without making sure the card you use is no good anymore. Be careful. I will post some of the emails I got from them which are probably the same as many have gotten. The following were sent one day each and notice for this one they NEVER told me how to return it... And all from different names. This is unreal how they are still in business.

Thank you for your email.
As part of our policy, a cancellation of the original purchase can only occur after you have received the order, and sampled the actual product itself. This is the entire purpose of the trial order.
As such, should you wish to cancel your order beyond the first sample, please email us when you have received your order, and do state the reason then that you are not satisfied with the product.
If you are satisfied with the product received, please do nothing, and we will only charge you for the bottle received in a few days thereafter.
If you have however changed your mind about your order, then the original package of 30 capsules must then be sent back in its unopened form (since we are assuming you are changing your mind about the entire order given that you are contacting us prior to receiving the shipment).
To do so, please simply advise us via return email that you wish to return the package, and we can provide you with a RMA# and address, and once you give us the tracking number for the return package, we can cancel your order accordingly.
Thank you for understanding our try first, pay later trial policy (which is not meant for abuse of the trial, which I am sure you can understand many unscrupulous customers attempt to do).
We trust that you will indeed be delighted with the product and will choose to keep it, in which case you will be billed only for the item received.
We will however cancel ALL future bills after that, so only the original package of 30 pills will be charged to your card.

They do state that when you order the risk-free trial of our product, your card will be charged only $5.95 shipping and handling (or more depending on your country). You will have a full 14 day free trial period from your original order date to decide if our item is right for you.

At the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged $79.95 for the trial bottle you received.

I do understand however that confusion may arise during the check out process.
As such, I have spoken to my manager and he has agreed to allow you to keep the already sent bottle in lieu of sending it back to us at a partial discount of USD$20 off the current rebill price.

To ensure you get your monthly supply, approximately 30 days from your original order date, and every 30 days thereafter, a monthly supply of our product will be sent to you, and your credit card on file will be billed $85.90 (or more depending on your country).
Please remember that most customers see significant / noticeable results after using our product consistently for 3 months.

If you are not fully satisfied with current or future shipments, you may return any unopened containers within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling, and a 20% restocking fee.
