I am having the same trouble as Rocklily. Only being in Australia, my charges have been so much more. I answered this add on a facebook advertisement.
No where on the link that I was directed to showed terms and conditions regarding 14 days from item being sent you had to inform them if you were keeping item. This product was advertised as a free sample.
I have written about 6 emails, all to different email addresses regarding stoping these charges.
Two of them offered to reduce my payment to keep item. I have refused to accept any more items from these people.
The last email I received is as follows:

They do state that when you order the risk-free trial of our product, your card will be charged only $5.95 shipping and handling (or more depending on your country). You will have a full 14 day free trial period from your original order date to decide if our item is right for you.
Do kindly note that the 14 days trial does start from the date of the order. At the end of your 14 day trial period you will be charged $79.95 for the trial bottle you received.
The amount billed was for the bottle received as the trial period has lapsed.
To ensure you get your monthly supply, approximately 30 days from your original order date, and every 30 days thereafter, a monthly supply of our product will be sent to you, and your credit card on file will be billed $79.95 plus shipping and handling fee (depending on the destination).
Please remember that most customers see significant / noticeable results after using our product consistently for 3 months.
If you are not fully satisfied with current or future shipments, you may return any unopened containers within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping and handling, and a 20% restocking fee.
As such, I have spoken to my manager and he has agreed to allow you to keep the already sent bottle in lieu of sending it back to us at a discounted price of only USD$59.95.
You may also check the descriptor which appeared on your billing statement. I'm afraid that the charges made on your card didn't come from our company.

You might notice here that they are telling me why they charged me, and then later in the email they are saying they didn't charge my credit card, it must have been some one else???
I have a few different email addresses from Rocklily.
The charges on my credit card showed as Quality Health IHEALTH Solutions. I was also charged from Puralift, but never received the item.
The return address for product is the same as Rocklily, return to CHINA...
These people need to be stopped, they have informed me that another bottle of these pills has already been sent to me and I can keep them for US $39.95 instead of US $79.95, so as not to have the bother of sending them back.
I have informed them that I will not accept any deliveries from them, and that I will persue this matter through consumer affairs if they do not refund my money and delete my credit card details from their data base.
