Company refuses to refund for unwanted product shipped to me after I cancelled agreement

After rescheduling my account inside the 10-day test interval I continue being charged and get the item that I can't use because of its tough elements.

The organization will not provide a complete reimbursement for several abandoned and uncompromised items delivered after my termination.
