"immediaye attention", "real and actual matter"

I received a letter, from National Prize Reporting Center, on Nov. 20 claiming that they needed information and a document fee of $19.99 to deliver prize monies, in this case the letter stated that I'd won $1,250, 000.000. That amount is repeated here in verbatim, just now noticed that it's wrong also.

I did send the check of $19.99 in the mail the next day.
