Won't refund $99.95 for product never sent due to cancellation

I requested the test, that they stated I really could stop anytime. I terminated the consideration, subsequently unearthed that Dermitage chardged my account $99.95 to get a INTENDED cargo. The merchandise was never delivered to start with and also the organization will not return my income. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH DERMITAGE ACTUALLY, Customer Support will not react and will not stop when required, and will not problem DISCOUNTS!!!
