I purchased Metlife dental COBRA insurance for my child after losing work. MetLife continue rejecting orthodontics statements stating worker not entitled to ortho. Obviously, I'm not entitled to ortho but my child is eligle under this strategy. After I contact customer support and clarify this, they continued resubmitting claims. These state processors continued rejecting it! This continued opting for eight weeks.
The entire reason for COBRA insurance would be to help during no work. Below I had been caught with dual payments - (1) payments to physician and (2) COBRA obligations. And of course worries and tension in working with MetLife.
Finally, they settled some but began performing the same for brand new statements. They chose to refuse statements in the place of repair their program. It's incredible they are able to manage performing dishonest methods!
