Listen everyone, if your company offer MetLife insurance {dental} be careful using it. When it comes to pay, they always find a way to get you stuck with the bills. First my doctor submitted a pre-determination for my surgery, it took about a month before they approved it and I scheduled my appointment to get the work done which is the right way, but before that I called MetLife to confirm my claim, the csr I spoke to told me if I get the work done, I’ll be using my whole maximum {$1000} and $400 will be out of pocket and I said ok. I got the work done, now they will not pay the bill stating that my surgery isn't cover and that they apologized for the mistake and that speaking with a csr is not a guarantee neither recorded, now I’m stuck with $1400. I disputed it, still don't work. I wish and pray that MetLife go to *!
