Metlife dental plan brochure states the coverage of implants this year. But when my dentist submitted a pre-treatment plan for two implants, they kept on saying denture is the alternative and their reply (from James Timian), was full of wrong information and indifferent to my physical situation. It is false advertisement.
Here are some of the complaints I found on the Internet:
—All my experiences working with MetLife have been negative.
—Metlife they are by far the worst dental insurance I had to deal with.
—According to them a removable partial denture is just the same and like your natural born tooth.
Now it's open season. Hope this review will prevent others from being victims of Metlife's false advertisement.
