I've two dental programs with Metlife through my organization (main) and also the company I retired from (second). I named and told Metlife from day-one that I'd two distinct MetLife dentals. Offered all of them of the info, team figures etc. They've never got it nonetheless. They've charged me for overpayment and charged my dentist office for overpayment plus they threaten to reduce them from potential dental states. They're idiots!!! They have to employ individuals who understand what they're doing. You-can't actually consult with a boss. Who would you protest to?
