I responded to an ad to purchase this skin care product. All I had to do was test the product. When I received the product, I decided to cancel the product. I called customer service and declined the product. The company processed the credit card transaction before the trial period. I got a return processing number but have never been refunded the money.
Every time I call the company, I get the same individual who uses names such as Alex, Michael, Rick, etc.
I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and contacting the state about this company.
