Ag Skin Care Amino Genesis Tripeptinon 40 Caps
I returned the merchandise & they agread they received them & said they would credit my account for $69.95 within 48 hours. I have called for 5 months & still no credit. They have my money & product

I purchased the AG Skin Care Caps in a FREE trial, as they say! I had the two weeks, which I did not take. I called and received an address to send the caps back. I called to make sure they received them. When I did they were very nice and let me know they had received them and would credit my credit Card with in 48 Hours. That was in July.
I called August 23rd, I have each call documented, and each time I was treated very nice and told it was just an oversight and I would be credited with in the 48 hours. September, October, in November I argued with "Ron" that I was going to speak to his supervisor! He put me on hold until the line went "DEAD". November Henry assured me he would get it done! NOT
I was tired of putting up with them today so I called my Credit Card Company and asked them to send me a letter of Dispute. Well that runs out in 100 days. Guess what, they stalled me longer than that.
So now they have my $69.95 and the product worth $69.95! (so they say) There should be a LAW AGAINST THAT!
