I placed an order at BigAlphaDogs.com on 07/26/09. Received UPStracking information on 07/29/09. I waited a week to reply. No updateson UPS website for over a week. Between 08/06/09 thru 08/10/09, I leftvarious emails and phone calls at:

Checkedwith UPS, and as another online message noted, UPS indicated *NOORDER PLACED*. Credit card company is now currently disputing thecharge. Various other consumers have documented their experience online.
