I signed up for the "free trial" and saw the extra charge for 58.76 pending on my account almost immediately. The only charge that I knew would be on my account was for 1.95.
I called the company immediately and didn't get through. So I did a live chat with an employee and got virtually no where in regards to cancelling the charges. I asked to speak to his manager and was told that they could not cancel the shipment or the charges but that I had 14 days from when I received the package to return it without incurring any charges. I could return it at my own expense.
I am extremely unhappy with this company. No where on the pages I read was there notification of this "additional pending charge". BUYER BEWARE! The information isn't readily available regarding this charge but it is on the site...
