ON 10/24/09 I ordered the free Dazzle white tube for $2.95 cents. Shortly there after, I received a fancy tube that had a brush attached to it. After twisting the tube, a clear paste was released. This paste was used on my teeth for over two weeks with no results. Seven days, later, the company charged the credit card used a sum of $87.62 for the tube. Then on 11/1/09, they charged an additional $87.62 for a pending tube to be shipped. Then I was informed by my bank that an additional charge for $2.95 was pending on account for shipping charges. The charges on your card statement come from different companies so they are hard to detech. The telephone numbers supplied to me by my bank for these companies are disconnected or are recordings that put you on hold indefinately. I finally got a hold of a fifth number I found for a company called Healthsmile @ 866-825-7477, there a rep informed me that they are Dazzle Smile and that a cancellation will be entered for the future orders however as far as the first two charges of $87.62 and the shipping charge of $2.95, I am fully responsible for and will need to pay PERIOD. SO BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISMENT - WHEN THEY SAY FREE trail for only shipping charges, THEY MEAN TO SCAM YOU. Send your complaints to the Attorney General and the BBB for this company.
