Resveratrol had an adverisemnet on the WEB about their product Resevaratrol antiaging, free product sample with only shipping chrages $4.95. I ordered and provided my credit card number. I never ordered additional shipping. The company fraudently used my credit card number, shipped a questionable product and without my authorization charged my VISA card on June 6, charges$83.18 $1.95 $. 2.00 = $87.17. I am told from several of my friends, who live in a retirement homes, that this is a rip off company, with no number to call, except receiving recorded message. I have reported to my VISA card. They have placed this company on their "watch" list and even they could not have someone talk to them on the phone. The credi card company advised me to retrun the product back to tyhe sender with appropriate documents, keep track of telephone call made and report back to the VISA company. Accordinly, I have retruned the package, priorty mail with acknowledgement due and sent to: Shipping Manager (1-866-949-91380,3007, gREENE sTREET, hOLLYWODD, FL 33020. I am 80 years old and what this company is doing is to prey on elderly and shame on them. They should immediately credit back $87.17 to my card or make a refund check. I will foget my return mail charges $7.50.
