My wife ordered the Acai Berry X3 product that was a link on Facebook. She ordered it on 05/25 and the product arrived on 06/15. I immediately called the number that arrived along with the product and told them I did not want their product and asked for an address as to where to ship it back to.
To make a very very long story short, they charged my account $87.13 without my authorization. They refused to give me a return address and told me that I could keep it and that the charge was valid per their "terms of service". I threatened a lawsuit and have spoken to 5 different supervisors.
I spoke with a supervisor named Sheena Jones who works in the call center there they cancel accounts and deal with all the compalints on these products. Any products from this company can be shipped to:

Sheena assured me that the product that was ordered would be fully refunded and that the money will show back in my checking account in the next 7 to 10 days. I have also contacted a lawyer in Florida that is willing to take this case to court...
The credit charges originated out of Great Britian for the original shipping charge and the product charge from Cyprus. My bank has told me that there are a lot of fraud charges that originate from these two countries. I have cancelled my credit card and am getting a new one with a new number...
