I bought a sit up bench. When I called to return it, I was given the name and number of customer service. No one answered and my messages were not returned. I call sales to politely complain, they hung up on me.
After ONE MONTH I reached customer service and was assured that they would research my order and reply. They never did, nor did they answer any future calls or e-mails. These guys will be sweet on the selling end -
but be warned, if you need them on the service end they won't be there for you.
After buying on the internet for nearly 20 years - this was the worst experience I ever had - bar none.
I did learn a lesson. Price isn't everything. I would have been better off paying a little more than putting myself in Mercantila's sleazy hands.
