I want a refund

I have not orderd other batch of this product and i did not wish to order again and they say free trial. Well for you so called free trial i still had to pay $30 and now i have been hit up for other $79.99 i wish to cancel this product and get the refund of $79.99 and have no more contact via email from this company. I would like my refund asap plz
