I tried their "30-day risk free trial" and was only charged $5.95 for shipping as they stated in their ads. When I recieved the product, I discovered that I only had 15 days to try the produuct, make a decision and return it in order to stop a membership that I DID NOT REALIZE that I had signed up for! When trying to follow the instructions to return the product I was PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 3 HOURS!!! At the time of this statement, I am still on hold trying to reach "the next available Customer Service Representative". Twenty five minutes after 5:00 P.M. EST, The phone went dead!!!
