I read other complaints here (too late) about getting refunds from this company following their own written policy. I guess the products so bad it, s
the only way they make money. They deny refunds, give people the runaround and hope they give up.
When this happens to you call your credit card company and lodge a complaint. They will handle getting your refund. Don't wait. Trying to deal with this company full of shysters isn't worth it.
For good measures file a complaint with your states consumer protection agency, attorney general or whatever your state has.
