This company is a total scam! When i signed up their refund policy stated that you had t owait 90 days before requesting a full refund. Ordered in nov. And requested a refund in feb. They now state that they do not give refunds. However i have it in black and white from them stating a full refund will be given after 90 days if yu are not satisfied.
They do not respond to the e-mails sent to them. Do not respond to letters sent to them. Do not respond to the better business bureau. It was paid with a credit card through paypal. Tried contacting paypal and they would not do anything or even consider it because it was over 30 days, even though the refund policy states that you have to wait 90 days.
Tried contacting my credit card company and they also would not do any thing because it was over 30 days. This company knows how to play withthe system and is a total scam and rip off
