Website states they accept refunds in 30 days email help. When you email help they ignore you until you file a complaint. Then they email that you need to call. When you call it states press 1 for refunds. When you press 1 it states only process refunds online and hangs up on you. So press 2 and for a new order and you get a person but she tells you if you filed a complaint then they will not give you a return authorization. It's a game to them. Obviously their revenues are in the first sale only. Nothing else matters to them.
