Ok this is what you do with Acer when you have purchased a defective product of theirs. ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE! They will pretend to fix your computer or laptop or monitor and keep sending it back to you with no repairs actually accomplished until your warranty expires and then they will charge you what you paid for the product to repair it! They have so many complaints against them! Keep them coming!

He has taken his name off the the message but trust me that is his ext. Keep calling him and then file a claim WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS!!! Call them and file a claim and also request that your complaint be filed against Acer's Company License! You can file against Acer's Company License FOR AS LONG AS 3 YEARS!
Tell all the people that you know to do this and soon their license will be void and they can no longer operate! If you file and claim with CONSUMER AFFAIRS and threaten to file against THEIR company's license for 3 years they WILL GIVE YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT! File claims against them no matter how long ago it has been and if you recently purchased from them RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK OR FILE DISPUTES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY! They have many consumer complaints and they are issuing FULL REFUNDS LEFT AND RIGHT. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS GETTING A FULL REFUND.
