Purchased power wheelchair, upon assembly was found defective. Called to get a return shipping lable from company to return defective item. Was told I had to ship back to them at my own expense and if they found it defective they would refund my shipping cost. Returned by April 1. It is now May 15 and after contacting the company several times for my refund, was told the accounting department handles the refunds. When asked to speak to accounting, I was told they do not receive outside calls and her supervisior was not available and would calle me back. No calls or refund have been recieved.
