This company (Supreme Brands, LLC) sent to my house a green tea energy weight loss dietary supplement. I did not or every would order any supplements on line. I would purchase at my local drugstore.
Enclosed with the supplements was an invoice of $5.95. Stating on the invoice that this charge will appear on my credit card state as healthtp.com.
First of all I did not order these supplements and secondly I don't know how they or anyone would get my credit card number. I do not want this supplement and I most certainly do not expect to see any charge of $5.95 on my credit card statement. I would like to find out how they got my name, address, etc. And my credit card number. I'm hoping that they do not have a cc # and this is just a scam hoping that I will send them the money. Boy are they wrong. I do not pay for anything I do not order, or buy.
