I too fell into the trap of the "free trial", and when I got the product that I didn't want I called into the company and got the usual run around about how we can't send it back because they had to send out "fresh" product to their customers.
They promised to send me an email confirming my cancellation, within 24 hours none came, so I called in again, went through the whole process again, at the end he did say that we were listed as cancelled. I told him that I redid because no email came, again promised email within 24 hours, none came.
In the meantime we called in and told our card customer service what happened and they told us the best thing to do was to cancel that card and start a new one which we have done.
I just wish I knew about this site before I fell into this nightmare.
