Yes I signed up for their so called "free trial" and when I got the product to "try" I finally found the small print (a card attached to the back of the envelope) saying after the trial period I would be charged monthly for a new supply automatically. So I immediately called customer service and spoke to a representative and told him I wanted to cancel. He said fine and to send back the product before the free trial ended. I asked him to send me an email CONFIRMATION saying I indeed canceled the order. He said he COULD NOT because they had no email address for them or their customers to REPLY to. That should have been the red flag. He said he would cancel my ordee out but first the product had to be sent back. I sent it back that day! I have the receipt in my hand sent on July 17. So on August 18 I receive an email from them claiming they cancelled my order. They sent this at 1:34 AM!!! AND on August 18 they CHARGED my credit card—$99.98!!! I immediately marched to my bank where they said the fee is pending until Monday when it gets posted. What a SCAM!!! I will be disputing this and the bank rep will help me recover the expense. Oh, and yes, I did a reply to my notification of my email cancellation and guess what? It came back UMDELIVERABLE!!! Terrible company!!! Do not order from them!!!
