I called to cancel my free trial after not seeing any difference, but the phone person told me I had not tried it long enough, so I should keep using the free trial to which I agreed. I told her that I wanted to cancel after the free trial period to which she agreed.
I noticed that yesterday, I received another bottle in the mail and that I had been charged for $87.00! I called and told them (which they had a record of my first call) but told me that I should have called back after the free trial time. They refused to listen (talking loudly over what I was saying), accused me of not reading the fine print, and told me that even though the new bottle was unopened, they could not take it back.
