I ordered a "free trial" bottle for myself and one for my husband (two different homes) with my credit card. Apparently the fine print reads that if you don't notify them within 14 days you will be charged $88.92 for the "free" bottle. I was told that when you place your order, you are informed that the free trial is for a 14 day supply... I.E. 28 pills. But I received a bottle containing 60 pills and because I did not call within allotted time, they charged me for my "free trial" bottle. Additionally, when I asked if I could return my unopened bottle, I was told that they do not process refunds except in very "rare instances". Their business practices are very underhanded and completely unethical.
